I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. Do you mean bring the character in as a CRAU which had a medical problem fixed in the previous game? If so, absolutely fine. I'm really not policing stuff like that right now.

If you mean bringing previous-game characters to this one in order to do a plot, that's going to be a little harder to swing but we can always discuss it :)
